WHAT IF I SEE A SIGN I LIKE, BUT NOT IN THE SIZE I NEED?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Creation and processing of your item(s) can vary on how many shows we are preparing for, time of year, and amount of orders we have received. Overall turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise specific on the home page. If you need a piece by a specific date, please feel free to message me directly.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Production of your sign(s) DO NOT begin until your invoice has been paid. Once your invoice has been paid, this will begin the current turnaround time period.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, I do! Right now, all international shipments are processed manually. Please message me directly to get a quote on your item and shipping.
All of our products are made as they are ordered, so unfortunately returns and refunds are limited. If a product is damaged during shipping, please send us an email with pictures attached of the damage within 24 hours of delivery to discuss refund/return options.
